If you have participated in our recent recall of certain Thomas & Friends wooden train toys, you can easily check the status of your replacement order.
To check your replacement order status, you simply need:
- your order/reference number and
- either the zip code or the email address you recorded on your Return Form.
Your order/reference number can be retrieved from any past communications with us - either email or physical letter.
